1. Information We Collect

• Personal Details: Name, Mobile Number, Email (Optional).
• Location Data: We collect your GPS coordinates and Address strictly to deliver your orders accurately to your doorstep.
• Device Information: We may collect device ID for security purposes.

2. How We Use Data

We use your data to process orders, manage deliveries, and send order updates via WhatsApp/Email. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Data Deletion

You can delete your account at any time in the mobile app under Profile → Delete Account, or by contacting [email protected].

Deleting your account removes your login, saved addresses, cart, referral code, payment screenshots and support photos. Records of past orders are kept for accounting, with your name, phone number and address removed. Accounts with orders still in progress can be deleted once those orders are delivered or cancelled.
